NOTE: If you are registered at Berkeley Place Surgery, you cannot be seen as a private patient. TUESDAY review or follow up appointments are telephone or video appointments only.
Appointment costs include clinic time and preparation time for your report.  Please note cancellations after booking will incur a £10 administration fee. Cancellations giving less than 48 hours notice cannot be refunded, as we are unable to offer the appointment elsewhere.
